Which data do we process?
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number and message so that we can respond to your enquiry. Technical security logs may temporarily contain an IP address to help prevent misuse.
Retention and sharing
We keep contact messages no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry and meet our legal record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your data. Service providers receive access only when necessary for hosting, email or security and under appropriate agreements.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data. Please email the address above to make a request. You can also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Online reservations and AI chat via Fonyx
When you choose to open online reservations, a Fonyx form loads from tenant.fonyx.ai. Your browser then connects to Fonyx, which receives technical connection data. When you submit a reservation request, Fonyx processes your name, phone number, preferred date and time, and party size. Your email address and any special requests are sent only if you enter them. This information is used to handle your request and contact you about it. The form states that a confirmation may be sent via WhatsApp. Please avoid including medical or other sensitive information in special requests. You can also reserve by phone on 020 786 11 48.
The AI chat also loads only when you choose to open it. Messages you send in the chat go to Fonyx to handle your enquiry. The chat may store a session identifier and the phone number you provide in Fonyx’s local browser storage. The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse and loads external fonts. Opening these features does not change your statistics or marketing cookie choices on our website. Do not share sensitive information with the AI assistant.
